Important note:

As this role was conversational, research, interviews, meetings, etc. Documentation has been saved by Byzlab Solutions to protect clients’ confidential details. The majority of the projects were worked in a business strategic approach, in which my participation provided business solutions. Implemented different workshops using different methods such as Design thinking, card sorting, sprints, etc.

In this project, we discussed changing the competition strategy by analyzing numbers, pricing, revenue, etc. We did recommend the client compete not by price, but by added value, and developed a communications strategy and campaigns to communicate this to its audience. Immediate results were provided after starting the strategy the first month.
