Product Designer role
Some of my responsibilities:
Design and build the new website
Redesign and improve the UX and UI for the onboarding process for clients into financially obligated arrangements required in Ownest software.
Design the new cloud-based data service platform from ux to ui process.
Work closely with engineers and also Medical specialists (users) to ensure effective and successful platform construction.
Worked head-to-head with the CEO and team leaders across the different departments of the company to ensure a good understanding and development of the product.
Analyzed user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and inform product decisions
Conducted user research to identify customer needs and preferences
Collaborated with developers to ensure product designs are implemented accurately and consistently
Developed user flows that improved user navigation and reduced user errors
Created style guides that improved product design consistency across all platforms
Developed wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate product ideas and features to stakeholders
